Ben is a driven and detail-oriented Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has been an integral part of the Superior Sealants team over the past two years. Working closely with our senior commercial team, he supports the financial and contractual management of our specialist sealant projects, ensuring accuracy, cost control, and consistency across commercial, healthcare, and high-demand environments.
Ben brings a strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and proactive approach to every project he supports. His attention to detail and enthusiasm for the industry make him a valued contributor to the smooth and efficient delivery of our sealant services, as well as a promising talent within the business.

Site Manager
Karl is our highly experienced Site Manager at Superior Sealants, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction and specialist sealant industry. Having worked his way up from labourer to Site Manager, he possesses invaluable on-site knowledge at every stage of a project. Karl has extensive experience delivering sealant solutions across high-demand environments, including hospitals, mental health facilities, and clean rooms, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and precision. Known for his keen eye for detail and leadership on site, Karl continues to advance his professional development, aiming to progress into Project Management and, eventually, Construction Management.
