Chester Archives — Superior Sealants project

Our scope of works

Superior Sealants has been appointed to deliver the sealant package for the Chester Archives Scheme, working alongside our client, Kier Group. Our scope will include internal mastic and high-specification sealant application across the development, covering façade interfaces, window and door perimeters, movement joints, skirting details, bathrooms, kitchens, and general internal finishing areas. The works will be delivered in line with the requirements of a live commercial construction environment, with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and compliance.

Sealant expertise for Civic & Leisure projects

Public and leisure buildings bring their own challenges: high footfall, demanding architectural finishes and strict fire and weatherproofing requirements. Whether it is a heritage building, an archive or a major venue, the sealant package has to perform technically and look right, because it is visible to everyone who uses the building.
