The Paterson building is a £150m hospital and cancer research building in Manchester. Working for VINCI Construction, Superior Sealants delivered a wide-ranging package covering the building inside and out.

Sealant expertise for Healthcare projects

Healthcare buildings place some of the toughest demands on any sealant package. Joints in clinical and patient areas need to stay hygienic and easy to clean, fire-rated sealants must maintain compartmentation, and in mental health settings anti-pick products are essential to stop sealant being picked out or tampered with. Work is often carried out in or alongside live environments, so careful planning and clean, disciplined working on site matter as much as the finished joint.
