CHESTER NORTHGATE
MULTI STOREY CAR PARK, CINEMA, RETAIL AND HOSPITALITY
Superior Sealants undertook a range of items on Chester Northgate including sealing all expansion joints within the car park over 10,000m, SSL worked on the new cinema area sealing between precast concrete stairs, sealing all structural glazing on Hunters walk, sealing all W/Cs, Food hall, external brickwork joints and much more.

MCLAREN
BOX 4
Superior Sealants has completed sealing works at Box 4 for McLaren Group, including the external dock leveller and internal office and W/C areas. Each surface was treated to provide a durable, high-quality finish built to last.

Superior Sealants has been appointed by Starship to deliver specialist sealant works on an exceptional new development at Chester Zoo — 51 luxury eco-lodges designed to reimagine the Savannah experience in the UK. Our package includes the supply and installation of premium silicone sealants throughout internal bathrooms and living areas, internal windows and doors, as well as external doors and expansion joints. Working across this high-end, sustainability-led scheme, precision application, clean detailing, and long-term durability remain central to our approach.
