Our scope of works
Superior Sealants is pleased to have been awarded and completed the sealing works at Willow Court in collaboration with Mellior Construction. This scheme involved comprehensive internal and external sealing across all apartments, delivered with a strong focus on quality, precision, and durability.
Sealant expertise for Residential projects
On residential schemes, sealants do much of the quiet work that keeps homes comfortable, safe and compliant: weatherproofing windows, doors and cladding, sealing for airtightness and acoustic performance, and fire-rated joints wherever they are needed. Across dozens or hundreds of homes, consistency is everything. Every joint needs the same standard of finish so that snagging is minimal and handover runs smoothly.
